All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number so may only be redeemed once.
Gift vouchers can be exchanged for goods or services at Hotel de France Jersey.
No change will be given.
Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash nor replaced if lost or stolen, they are non-transferable.
No photocopies will be accepted.
Hotel de France reserves the right to substitute a purchased voucher for a voucher of the same value and to substitute items listed within the voucher for items of equal value.
Most gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, but please check the specific voucher you have for the expiration date. Vouchers may not be redeemed after the expiry date.
Advance bookings may be necessary and the gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher.
If you choose postal delivery, please allow 10 working days for the gift voucher to be delivered by Royal Mail.
Please note that UK First Class post does not guarantee delivery within above timescales, and unless tracked cannot be traced if it goes missing.
Please be aware of any postal strikes taking place that may delay the delivery of your voucher.
For email delivery, an automatic email with the gift voucher will be sent as soon as the transaction is completed. This can either be sent to the purchaser or the recipient. Please note that you can delay the delivery of the email using the calendar, but this does not extend the validity of the voucher which is from the date of purchase.
Gift Vouchers & Gift Boxes are posted same day from the UK (mainland) if ordered by 3 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
